Review: What a shame!
I can't believe that you no longer make the glass carafe for this coffee maker. Your implied claim is that your appliances work for a lifetime and, being German born, I soutly believed that. Yet, you discontinue a part that is most likely to break because it is made of glass. Can you at least tell me if there is a generic carafe that is compatible with this coffee maker model?
