Shipping Methods requests that all customers provide an address that both UPS and USPS Priority can deliver to. If you are unable to provide an address please call 1-888-277-5776 for further assistance.

Air Shipping for Continental U.S.
For urgent requests, we will ship your order by UPS 2nd Day or Next Day Air for an additional shipping fee. 2nd Day Air orders placed by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the same day and will arrive in two business days. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time will ship the following day and will arrive in three business days from the time of order.

UPS Next Day Air
Orders placed by 2:00 p.m Eastern Time will be shipped the same day and will arrive the following day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time will ship the following day and will arrive in two business days from the time of order.

Air shipping is available for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico depending upon merchandise ordered and delivery requirements. 

Please note: There will be no UPS deliveries on Saturdays. 

Where We Ship To

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. For any order shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, additional shipping charges will apply. All orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico may be subject to shipping fee adjustments. We will notify of any such adjustment before the order is processed. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses such as an APO, FPO boxes or Canada.

If UPS/USPS is unable to deliver any package as addressed by the shipper, or if the package has an incorrect or incomplete address (examples include, but are not limited to, P.O. boxes, missing suite, apartment, or unit numbers, old addresses, and missing/incorrect ZIP Codes), UPS/USPS will determine and make reasonable efforts to secure the correct or complete address. If the correct or complete address is secured, UPS will attempt delivery, and the shipper will be provided with the correct address in order to update its internal records. An additional charge, set forth in the UPS Rates applicable to the shipment in effect at the time of shipping, will be assessed for an address correction.
If a package is marked "REFUSED" the consumer will be charged a $15.00 fee for inbound shipping and restocking.
